L O C A L  P I C K  U P

If you are located in the Northumberland County area, local pickup is available free of charge! Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the address and pickup instructions. Just choose "pick up" at check out, and you're set!

S H I P P I N G  P O L I C Y 

If stickers are purchased on their own, they are sent via lettermail, meaning they are untracked. Apparel and Wooden items will be shipped by Canada Post, and tracking numbers will be sent in the shipping confirmation email.

Once a package has left my possession, there is nothing further that can be done on my end. Please order early to avoid any disappointment.

R E T U R N  P O L I C Y

As everything is MADE TO ORDER, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once you have placed your order.

Please allow 5-10 business days for apparel orders and 14-20 business days for wooden items.

*No refunds for orders unless product is defective.

 *ALL shipping costs are non refundable. No exceptions.*
